Crooked Tree Estates

This country subdivision is located on Kootenay Road #3 on the eastern side of the valley at its widest point. It is central enough to enjoy the morning sun and take full advantage of the vital evening sun. All lots face the southwest enjoying spectacular views and the full winter sun. The water supply comes from a 210 foot well located just south of the subdivision. Water is pumped into a 39,000 gallon state of the art reservoir and pump house that distributes the water to the subdivision. There is no building time commitment and the 22 lot gated subdivision is located just a short distance north of Fairmont Hot Springs.

Fairmont Hot Springs

Enjoy Canada’s largest natural hot spring pools. The resort has a 140 room hotel, the unique Mountainside 18 hole golf course, the Creekside 9-hole par-3 golf course, a ski hill, spa with massage facilities, and conference centre. There are several subdivisions on the mountain side with residential homes, lots, condos, and timeshare villas. Visit the resort website.

Fairmont Meadows

For those who prefer a quiet and private area of large treed lots that is close to the amenities of Fairmont but with a rural feeling. Located on the west side of Fairmont this is where you will find some of the few riverfront properties on the Columbia River.

Fairmont Riverside Golf Estates

Mediterranean style world class development featuring the Riverside 18 hole golf course wrapped around the Columbia River, with clubhouse and driving range. Condominiums, residential homes, building lots with river and mountain views, villas, recreation facility, and tennis courts are available. Visit the development website.

Dutch Creek

Enjoy this tranquil small rural community, established in 1979, nestled in the trees just a few minutes south of Fairmont Hot Springs. The community borders the Dutch Creek which offers fishing and is in close proximity to the famous bluffs known as the Hoodoos. Rising 400 feet straight up along the highway these spectacular bluffs change with each passing hour depending on how the sun and light are spotlighting them. Dutch Creek is the headland of the Columbia River and is the longest tributary to Columbia Lake. Visit the resort website.
