Crooked Tree Estates

This country subdivision is located on Kootenay Road #3 on the eastern side of the valley at its widest point. It is central enough to enjoy the morning sun and take full advantage of the vital evening sun. All lots face the southwest enjoying spectacular views and the full winter sun. The water supply comes from a 210 foot well located just south of the subdivision. Enjoy this tranquil small rural community, established in 1979, nestled in the trees just a few minutes south of Fairmont Hot Springs. The community borders the Dutch Creek which offers fishing and is in close proximity to the famous bluffs known as the Hoodoos. Rising 400 feet straight up along the highway these spectacular bluffs change with each passing hour depending on how the sun and light are spotlighting them.
